摘要
根据机载环境和新型机载质量流量计信号特点,提出并研究了一种抗干扰性能极高的两路同频信号相位差测试系统。该系统根据电磁感应理论采集信号,两路信号采集后使用了小波阈值函数系数自适应的小波滤波方法,并通过检测峰值点的算法计算出相位差,这是与其他测试系统不同之处。实验表明该数据采集方式效果好。该相位差检测算法不需要整周期采样就可测量两同频周期信号间的任意相位差,并具有简单可靠、对噪声有很强的抑制作用和高精度的优点。
The research purpose is to point out the theoretical direction to improve the performance and design and manufacture level of airborne mass flowmeter. The principle and characteristic of major components of mass flowmeter are studied at first, the velocity vector flows in the driver and mass inductive wheel are successfully simulated by CFD, the moment and pressure difference on the driver and mass inductive wheel are given, and the structure of the driver is improved according to these results. Simulation and experiment results are similar, which shows that it is feasible to simulate the flow field of the mass flowmeter and improve the mass flowmeter by CFD.
