高新技术企业研发——营销部门横向信任与合作关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于2007年的140份有效样本,运用SEM建模对高新技术企业研发——营销部门横向信任的能力、善意、开放性三要素与目标达成度、合作满意度之间关系进行了实证研究。结果表明:能力与开放性要素对目标达成度有正向影响,善意与开放性要素对合作满意度有正向影响。此外,研究还发现善意要素对横向信任的能力与开放性要素具有正向影响,目标达成度对合作满意度也具有正向影响。
