摘要
为防止锂电池组充放电的差异性,基于单片机设计了一种实用的电池组均衡充放电电路。首先分析了锂电池和ATMEGA48V单片机的基本特性,然后对具体电路和软件算法进行了详细设计。经测试及实际使用证明,该电路性能可靠、控制智能、维护容易,实现了锂电池组的均衡充放电、自动断电和实时状态显示,有效提升了锂电池组的效能,延长了电池组的使用寿命。
This paper designs a charge and discharge equalization circuit for lithium battery suit for avoiding the difference among batteries when charging. First, it analyzes the basic characters of lithium batteries and ATMEGA48V single chip, and then it designs the specific circuit and software algorithms in detail. It shows that the circuit which is credible, flexible and easy maintained realized many functions such as balanced charging and discharging, power-off automatically and real time state display after several tests and practices, and the efficiency of batteries is improved, and the life cycle is prolonged.
