摘要
探讨了金融危机的根源,指出应对金融危机必须依赖科技创新的力量,经济增长必须依赖新技术应用,世界经济的复苏呼唤第四次科技革命的到来,而人工智能可能掀起第四次科技革命的浪潮。
This paper probes into the root causes of the financial crisis, and points out that dealing with the financial crisis must rely on the forces of sci-tech innovation, the economic growth must rely on the application of the new technologies, and the recovery of world economy is calling the fourth sci-tech revolution, meanwhile the artificial intelligence probably can raise the tidal wave of the fourth sc-tech revolution.
