摘要
文章针对600 MW超超临界燃煤发电机组的引风机选型进行了研究,根据脱硫、脱硝系统的增加对锅炉风系统的要求,对是否单独设置增压风机提出了不同的配置方案,并对方案进行优选。讨论了不同类型风机的效率随负荷变化的特性,利用年费用最小法对不同方案的经济性进行分析比较,得出引风机与增压风机合并设置、选用静叶可调轴流式引风机方案最优的结论。
This paper discusses the type selection of induced-drah fan for 600 MW supercritical power unit. Different technical projects have been analyzed in order to fit the requirement of boiler gas & air system for gas desulphurization and denitrification. It analyzes efficiency change along with unit load, and economic analysis with least expense annually method. The project of variable static blade axial flow fan has been considered the best choice also with integration mode of booster fan and induced-drah fan.
