摘要 针对流砂层非开挖定向钻进时易坍孔、漏失等问题,在基于低固相冲洗液的基础上加入几种添加剂,改进其性能,使其能满足流砂地层钻进时的要求。并对冲洗液中各成分对冲洗液性能的影响进行了试验研究,通过正交试验,确定了其最优配方,证明随着膨润土、Na2CO3、PHP、Na-CMC各成分含量的增加,其粘度增加,而失水量降低,并通过砂土的浸泡试验,证实其护壁效果良好。 Clay-free drilling fluid which was improved its performance by adding several additives may be used in trenchless guided boring through fluidized bed, where was easy fluid losses and hole collapse. The effect on property of fluid for the various components was tested. The optimum combination was determined by orthogonal test, and the viscosity of the fluid was increased and the filtrate volume was reduced with the increase of the content of bentonite, Na2 CO3 , PHP, NaCMC in fluid. The effect of borebole wall protection was confirmed well by sand steeping test.
