5-氟尿嘧啶脂质体凝胶剂在兔耳增生性瘢痕中的透皮吸收研究 被引量:2

In vivo study on diffusion of 5-Fu liposomal gel through hypertrophic scar of rabbit ear model

摘要 目的探讨脂质体包裹的5-氟尿嘧啶对兔耳增生性瘢痕组织的透皮吸收能力。方法在兔耳增生性瘢痕模型上进行透皮扩散,比较5-氟尿嘧啶脂质体及其普通凝胶剂对瘢痕皮肤的渗透能力。结果在体瘢痕透皮试验12h后,脂质体组瘢痕组织中的5-氟尿嘧啶单位面积透皮药量显著高于普通凝胶剂组(234.57±56.25)μg.cm-2和(45.24±9.38)μg.cm-2,P<0.01。结论在体瘢痕组织透皮试验中,脂质体剂型优于普通凝胶剂型促进5-氟尿嘧啶透皮的能力。 Objective To investigate 5-Fu liposomal gel promoting effects on percutaneous permeation of 5-Fu through hypertrophic scar of rabbit ear model. Methods Permeability of liposomal 5-Fu through hypertrophic scar model of rabbit ears in vivo was performed to investigate the enhancement of skin permeation between 5-Fu liposomal gel and 5-Fu gel. Results The in vivo diffusion experiment on rabbit ear scar model lasted for 12 hours. Deposition amount of 5-Fu through rabbit ear sears was markedly higher in 5-Fu liposomal gel group than that in 5-Fu gel group (234.57 ± 56.25) μg·cm^-2 vs (45.24 ± 9.38) μg·cm^-2, p 〈0. 01. Conclusion The permeability through scar is better with 5-Fu liposomal gel than that with 5-Fu gel in vivo.
