摘要
为研究不同时期低温对水稻穗部性状影响程度,以千重浪2号和润宇1号为试材,在盆栽条件下研究孕穗期和灌浆期低温对穗部性状的影响。结果表明,孕穗期低温使参试品种的穗长、一次枝梗长、一、二次枝梗数、穗粒数、着粒密度和结实率都有不同程度的下降,其中叶龄余数为1.0时的低温处理对上述穗部性状的影响最大。孕穗期低温主要降低了穗中部和穗下部的二次枝梗数、粒数和结实率,对一次枝梗的影响相对较小。灌浆期低温则使结实率明显下降,穗粒重降低。
To study the effects of low temperature on panicle characters during booting stage and grain filling period, pot experiments were carried out with two japonica rice varieties, Qianchonglang 2Q and Runyul (R), in rice institute of Shenyang Agricultural University. The results showed that panicle length, primary and secondary branch numbers, the number of grains per panicle, grain density and seed-setting rate were reduced significantly by low temperature treatment during booting stage. It was leaf-remainder 1.0 time that there had the greatest effects on the panicle characters after low temperature treatment. Low temperature harm had little effect on primary branches number and grains number, and had large effect on secondary branches number, the seed-setting rate, the number of grains of the middle and lower parts per panicle during booting stage. Grain weight and seed-setting rate were significantly decreased by low temperature during grain-filling stage, which resulted in grain weight per panicle decrease.
