摘要
目的了解湛江师范学院在校生膳食摄入情况,探讨不同生源的营养素摄入量的差异。方法选取湛江师范学院在校学生626名,采用24h回顾法进行3d膳食调查,依据《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量(DRIs)》标准进行评价。结果城镇生源与农村生源的能量、蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素A、硫胺素、核黄素、维生素E、除磷与铁外的重要矿物质的摄入量,均低于该年龄段的推荐摄入量的比例都在50%以上。城镇生源与农村生源能量摄入量达到RNI水平的分别只有8.8%与5.7%。脂肪摄入量城镇生源大于农村生源,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023);维生素C摄入量农村生源高于城镇生源,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009)。结论湛江师范学院在校生大部分营养素摄入量不足,膳食结构不合理。应大力开展营养知识宣教,鼓励学生养成良好的膳食习惯。
Objective To explore the dietary nutrient intake of students in Zhanjiang normal university, and to analyze differences between urban and rural students. Methods 626 students from Zhanjiang Normal University were selected and surveyed by 24-hour dietary recall method for 3 consecutive days. And use " China's dietary reference intake of nutrients ( DRIs ) " as standard for analysis and evaluation. Results More than half urban and rural students' intake of energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate, vitamin A, vitamin B1 , vitamin B2 , vitamin E and important minerals except P and Fe were lower than DRIs. The rate of urban and rural students' intake of energy equal or higher than RNI were 8.8% and 5.7%. Urban students' fat intake was significantly higher than rural students ( P = 0. 023 ). But rural students' vitamin C intake was significantly higher than urban students ( P = 0. 009). Conclusion The dietary pattern among students in Zhanjiang Normal University is unreasonable and part nutrient intakes should be increased. Nutrition education should be strength and good dietary habit should be bring up among college students.
