改进遗传算法在韶关小水电群优化调度的应用 被引量:11

摘要 分析韶关地区小水电群联合优化调度的特点,结合当地实际情况,建立了小水电群优化调度的数学模型。通过对传统优化调度方法和遗传算法的基本步骤进行研究和改进,提出了基于改进遗传算法的模型求解方法,并对韶关电网系统中的两个小水电站进行联合模拟求解。实例结果表明,该方法科学可行,对提高电网运行和提高水电能源的利用具有重要意义。所提出的模型和算法已成为"韶关电网水电优化调度决策支持系统"的一部分,并投入试运行。 The features about the small hydropower stations in ShaoGuan is analyzed. Combined with the actual situation, the optimum mathematic model is built up. Through researching and improving the traditional optimal method and genetic algorithm, the model calculating method based on improved genetic algorithm is presented. At last, by calculating the example of two small hydropower stations, it proves that this method is practical and scientific,which has great significance to enhance the efficiency and economy in power grid. The proposed model and algorithm have been used in the "Optimal Decision-making System in Shaoguan Power Grid" which has been put into the real operation.
