摘要 欠平衡钻井技术是准确发现和评价油气资源的方法之一,尤其适合评价和开发低压低渗油气层。针对长6井的钻探存在邻井资料少、地层可钻性差、钻井深度大、施工难度大的情况,通过优化井身结构、优选钻头、钻具组合及钻井液体系,采用欠平衡钻井技术,取得了较好的钻井效果。现场应用表明,采用欠平衡钻井技术,能及时准确地发现油气藏并有效保护储层,提高机械钻速,缩短钻井周期,节约钻井成本,为华北油田潜山油藏欠平衡钻井技术的大规模应用奠定了较好的基础。 Underbalanced drilling is one of the approaches to discover and evaluate oil and gas resources accurately, especially to evaluate and develop oil and gas zones of low pressure and permeability. In view of the problems in the drilling of Chang 6 well, such as insufficient well information, poor drillability, deep drilling, and difficult construction, based on the optimization of well structure, drill bits, bottomhole assembly and drilling fluid system, underbalanced drilling techniques are applied and good results are obtained. Field application shows that the application of underbalanced drilling techniques may guarantee the timely and accurate discovery of oil and gas reservoirs, protect the reservoir effectively, enhance the drilling speed, shorten the drilling cycle, and lower the cost. It lays solid basis for the wide application of the techniques to Huabei Oilfield.
