摘要
就湿度测量体制发展的历史和现状进行了分析,并对各种湿度测量传感器的特性进行了比较,指出了湿度测量体制的不足,并给出了相应的改进建议。
In and current of humidity this paper, we make analysis on the development of humidity measurement system history situation. It compares a variety of humidity sensor characteristics and points the inadequate measurement system as well as gives corresponding suggestions for improvement.
