摘要
通过对麦秆纤维进行碱处理、热处理及苯丙乳液改性处理,对制成的麦秆纤维石膏复合板进行性能测试,三种方法处理的麦秆纤维复合板的抗折强度较未处理的纤维复合板分别提高10.18%、8.05%和9.59%。并对不同处理方法的改性机理进行分析讨论。
It modifies wheat straw fiber by alkali treatment,heat treatment and styrene-acrylic acid latex, and makes properties testing for wheat straw fiber reinforced gypsum composite board. The bending strength of the composite boards made by three methods is increased by 10.18% ,8.05% and 9.59%.It analyzes the different modified mechanisms.
