摘要
针对江西某钨矿矿石特性,制定出磨矿分级-粗粒重选粗选-粗精矿浮重磁联合精选以及细泥磁-重回收工艺流程,当原矿含WO30.34%、Cu0.18%时,可得到产率为0.319%、钨品位60.72%、钨回收率64.00%的钨精矿和产率为0.438%、铜品位19.53%、铜回收率47.63%的铜精矿。钨铜均得到较好回收。
The process of grinding-classification-gravity for coarse particles, magnetic and gravity for fine is put forward in line with the mineral characteristics of a tungsten ore.Tungsten concentrate with production rate 0.319 %, tungsten grade 60.72 %, tungsten recovery rate 64.00 % is attained out of the crude tungsten ore containing WO3 0.34 %, and Cu 0.18 %. Copper concentrate with production rate 0.438 %, copper grade 19.53 %, copper recovery rate 47.63 %.
