摘要
我国现阶段存在科技查新人才学科专业知识不全面和缺乏有效的科技查新人才培养途径的问题。以现有高等教育专业为基地,有针对性地设置文献检索、目录学、信息分析、文献数据库等与查新有关的课程,同时,以图书馆学等专业为基础,增加其它专业知识课程,是培养科技查新人才的有效途径。对在职的科技查新人才,通过攻读硕士、博士学位或者在职参加相关课程的学习,培养成为优秀的科技查新人才。
The problems of sci - tech novelty retrieval talents＇ lack of professional knowledge and efficient cultivation method existed in China at present stage. Based on the present higher education specialty, the course of literature retrieval, bibliography, information analysis and document database should be set.
