慢支炎、哮喘、肺心病、吸烟者肺功能变化1528例分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对慢支炎、哮喘、肺心病、吸烟者的肺功能变化进行对比分析。方法:观察呼吸疾病与吸烟者的肺功能测定及变化,进行系统的肺活量、最大通气量和用力肺活量的测定。结果:在被测定1528例中,慢支哮喘986例.肺心病542例,对有关慢支炎、哮喘、肺心病、吸烟者的肺功能变化进行对比分析。结论:慢支炎、哮喘、肺心痛、吸烟者随着病情逐渐加重,导致各个脏器的损害和生活、运动耐力的下降和血氧含量饱和度的降低,使肺活量、通气功能、小气道功能普遍下降,引起慢阻肺、肺心病、吸烟者的疾病复发率高达68%以上,直接影响呼吸运动和肺功能。为慢阻肺、哮喘、肺心病、吸烟者的诊断治疗、顸后提供了依据。
