等螺距圆弧形球头铣刀刃口曲线的连续性讨论 被引量:1

摘要 随着复杂曲面的数控加工任务的增多和数控技术的进步发展,对用于加工曲面的特种回转刀具品种的需求也越来越多,数量也越来越大,因而采用更新的技术对现有回转刀具进行优化设计、降低设备成本投入、简化生产工艺的复杂程度,越发显得重要。文章给出了回转铣刀刃口曲线的通用公式,主要推演了等螺距圆弧形球头回转铣刀刃口曲线的计算公式及其连续性。 With the wide addition of NC machining tasks and the wide application of NC techniques, the demand for special rotutive tools is increased, it's number is increased, too. So, it is necessary to optimize the rotation tools of the present by the newest technology, which can reduce the equipment and cost investment, simplify the complicated machining technology, raise efficiency. A new method for the design and the discussion of the continuity is provided.
