摘要
校园是肩负着教育、科研和社会服务重任的基地,是构成社会的重要社区,节约型校园建设作为节约型社会建设的一部分,有着极其重要的现实意义和深远的教育意义。首先了阐述了构建节约型校园的意义,分析了目前节约型校园建设中存在问题以及高校能源管理工作的特点,并在此基础了提出了新时期节约型校园建设的基本思路。

First of all, the paper expounds the significance of the construction of an economy-oriented campus, analyzes the problems in current economy-oriented campus construction as well as the characteristics of energy management work in colleges and universities, and on this basis brings about the basic idea of economy-oriented campus construction under the new situation.
