摘要
通过对汶川地震时官宋硼水闸和紫坪铺水库闸室震害情况的调查及对唐山地震时水闸破坏情况的回顾,总结了水闸的主要抗震措施。对于钢筋混凝土水闸,当地震烈度低于Ⅷ度时,很少发生震害。分析了现行水工建筑物对水闸抗震设防的要求,指出对于可能导致严重次生灾害的水闸,目前的地震设防标准偏低,应在规范修订时作进一步论证。
Through the investigation of earthquake damage losses of the GuansongPeng Sluice and Zipingpu Reservoir lock chamber caused by the Wenchuan Earthquake and the reviews of the losses of sluice damaged by the Tangshan Earthquake, this paper sums up the main anti-earthquake measures. For the reinforced concrete sluices, when the intensity of earthquakes is lower than 8 degrees, a little earthquake damage happened. This article also analyzes the specifications for the seismic design of hydraulic structures on the sluice, and points out that for the sluice possible to serious secondary disasters, the current requirement of anti-earthquake criterion is low so that it should be amended in the future.
