摘要
结合佛山市一环城际快速干线沥青路面工程,设计了5因素5水平的正交试验方案,对SBS改性沥青混合料AC-13C进行了配合比优化研究,通过马歇尔试验结合极差法分析了主要筛孔通过率和油石比对稳定度、流值、空隙率、矿料间隙率和沥青饱和度等5个主要技术指标的影响程度,从而依据《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》(JTG F40—2004)的技术要求,提出了SBS改性沥青混合料AC-13C的级配和油石比的优化范围.结果表明,优化配合比具有优良的路用性能,可应用于南方湿热地区重交通道路.
According to the asphalt pavement engineering in Fast Main Highway of Foshan City of the First Loop Road, the orthogonal experiment plan with 5 factors and 5 levels was designed to study the optimization of mixture ratio for SBS modified asphalt mixture AC-13C. The Marshall tests and the range method were made to analyze the influence degrees of the main sieve passing ratio and the asphalt-aggregate ratio on 5 main technical index including stability, flow value, volume of air voids, voids of mineral aggregate, voids filled with asphalt. The optimal ranges of gradation and asphalt-aggregate ratio are suggested in accordance with the technical requirements of "Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavements" (JTG F40-2004). The results show that the optimal mixture ratio is suitable for the pavement performances, and it can be applied to the heavy-traffic highways for the southern area with humidity and heat.
