摘要
[目的]优化丹参的提取工艺.[方法]采用正交设计及单因素试验,以丹参酮ⅡA及丹参素的含量为观察指标对丹参提取工艺进行优化.[结果]优选工艺为先以6倍量950 mL/L乙醇提取2次,提取时间为90 min,药渣用8倍量水提取2次,每次120 min.[结论]所选提取工艺稳定可行.
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extracting technology of Salviae miltiorrhiza. METHODS The contents of tanshinone ⅡA and tanshinol are regarded as target to optimize the extracting method by orthogonal test and single factor test. RESULTS The optimized extracting technological conditions were as follows: alcohol concentration 950 mL/L, extraction time 90 min, the ratio of solvent to material 6 : 1; the residuum was extracted two times with water, each 120 min, and the ratio of solvent to material was 8 : 1. CONCLUSIONS The optimized extracting technology is stable and feasible.
