摘要
应用社会交换、公平、激励等管理学理论,从不同视角探讨了人本管理中以员工为中心的观念在当今医院内部管理中的作用和地位,分析了“以员工为中心”与“以病人或服务对象为中心”之间的辨证关系及人本管理中人与制度的辨证关系,指出目前医院管理中存在着只提“以病人或服务对象为中心”而忽视员工管理的误区,提出实现医院内部管理以员工为中心的人本主义管理途径。
Such management theories as social exchange, equity and incentives are called into play to probe, from an array of perspectives, into the functionality and role of the employee orientation in people-oriented concept as it is used in contemporary hospital management. The paper also analyzed the dialectical relationship between the concept of "employee-orientation" and that of "patients or customers orientation", and the dialectical relationship between "people-orientation" model and "policy-orientation" model. It pinpoints the mistake of overemphasizing "patients or customer orientation" and neglecting employee management in hospital management, proposing a people-oriented path centering on employees in hospital management.
