经纱蒙脱土混合浆的浆膜力学性能 被引量:3

Mechanical Properties of Size Film Blended with Nano-montmorillonite

摘要 把纳米蒙脱土与传统的纺织浆料混合,以此改善经纱上浆浆膜的性能.探讨了纳米蒙脱土颗粒的分散性,分析了纳米蒙脱土在磷酸酯淀粉与聚乙烯醇(PVA)混合浆液中不同的质量分数对浆膜力学性能的影响和影响机理.研究结果表明:在纺织浆液中添加适量的纳米蒙脱土,能够优化浆料的组合和改善浆膜的力学性能. Nano-montmorillonite(nano-MMT) was added to textile size as the dispersecl phase to improve the performance of size film. Influence of various factors such as the dispersed degree and the content of nano-MMT, the component with the traditional size mixture, as well as the characteristic on mechanical properties of size film were investigated. The result indicated that the nano-MMT as additive in size could be used to optimize the combination of the textile sizing agent and to improve the mechanical properties of size film.
