摘要
当前,我国高校的人才培养模式还存在着与社会需求不相适应的问题,人才培养的针对性不强。为此,高校要以就业为导向,积极探索人才培养方案的改革,以提高高校毕业生的就业能力。
Although a large number of college graduates were hard to find good jobs, there was a lack of required talertted personnel for enterprises. To improve the employability of college graduates, colleges and universities should make a positive exploration of personnel training program of employment-oriented training.
