摘要 华润电力(常熟)有限公司3×600 MW机组是国内首台超临界直流炉机组。这种机组具有容量大、参数高、动态过程快、数学模型不精确、对运行自动化水平及可靠性要求高等特点,因此对DCS的设计也提出了更高的要求,尤其是在许多设计上要采用区别于中小型机组及汽包锅炉的控制策略。本文对常熟600 MW超临界机组DCS的设计做了较全面的介绍。 3×600 MW supercritical once through boiler unit of China Resource Power Holdings Ltd. (Changshu) is the first one in China. This unit is characterized by its large capacity, highly required parameters, quick dynamic process, imprecise mathematical model, as well as high automation level and high reliability of the running, consequently, even higher requirements for DCS design has been put forward, especially in many designs, the control strategies which distinguish from medium & small unit and drum boiler shall be adopted. The design for 600 MW supercritical once through boiler unit DCS has been described in this paper.
