摘要
豆豉纤溶酶是从豆豉中发现的新型纤溶酶,无论作为抗血栓药物还是预防血栓栓塞性疾病的保健食品,都具有十分重要的开发价值。本文对豆豉纤溶酶的来源、基因同源性、基因克隆和表达、分子改造等分子生物学研究进展进行了综述,并对其研究前景进行了展望。
Douchi fibrinolytic enzyme （DFE） is a new fibrinolytic enzyme which was discovered in Douchi, and DFE is worth developing as either natural thrombolytic agent or health food to prevent thrombotic diseases. The advance in study of the molecular biology of DFE, including the source, homology analysis, cloning and expression, and molecular modification, was described in this paper. The further research of DFE was also prospected.
