P14ARF、E2F1对结直肠癌发生发展的影响 被引量:2

摘要 肿瘤抑制因子P14ARF通过p53-MDM2-P14ARF细胞周期调节系统使细胞老化或凋亡,对肿瘤的发生发展起重要的抑制作用;E2F1可以作为转录因子参与调节细胞周期,然而高表达的E2F1也能诱导许多类型的细胞凋亡,因此E2F1具有促使癌变和诱导凋亡双向性质;P14ARF和E2F1直接影响肿瘤的发生、发展和预后,这关系着患者治疗方案的选择,因而日益受到重视。本文章旨在探讨P14ARF、E2F1与人结直肠癌发生发展的关系,就其机制和影响综述如下。
