摘要
测定了二色补血草不同部位总黄酮含量并进一步研究了它们的抗氧化能力。分别采用邻二氮菲-Fe2+-H2O2体系和普鲁士蓝法研究了二色补血草各部位抗氧化能力。结果表明,二色补血草各部位中总黄酮含量存在较大差异,以二色补血草花含量为最高(27.792mg/g),二色补血草茎为最低(5.828mg/g)。二色补血草不同部位均具有抗氧化性,抗氧化能力与黄酮含量、结构有关。
Flavonoids content and antioxidant capacity were studied on different parts of limonium hicolor hy phenanthroline-Fe^2+-H2O2 reaction system and the Prussian blue from the extraction of limonium bicolor. The total flavonoids of different parts of limonium bicolor are significant different, the content of flavonoids from flower in limonium bicolor is the highest (27. 792 mg/g), and stem in limonium bicolor is the lowest (5. 828mg/g). different parts of limonium bicolor all have antioxidant capacity and positively correlated to flavonoid content and flavonoid structure.
