播种期对不同杂交中稻组合品质的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Sowing Period on Qualitiesof Different Varieties of Medium Hybrid Rice Combination

摘要 选用湖南省洞庭湖区种植的20个不同杂交中稻组合9个不同播期获取的180个稻谷样品,进行了糙米率、精米率、整精米率等碾磨品质和长/宽、垩白率、垩白度等外观品质的分析。研究结果表明,杂交中稻组合的糙米率、精米率和精米长/宽对播期钝感;杂交中稻组合的整精米率、垩白率和垩白度对播期敏感。 180 rice samples were obtained from 20 different varieties of medium hybrid rice combination which all planted in 9 different sowing periods in the Dongting lake area. Then, the milling quality (brown rice rate, milled rice rate and head milled rice rate etc.) and the appearance quality (length-width ratio, chalky rice percentage and ehalkiness degree etc.) were analyzed. The results showed that the brown rice rate, milled rice rate and the milled rice length-width ratio were not sensitive to sowing period; the head milled rice rate, chalky rice percentage and chalkiness degree were sensitive to the sowing period.
