烟草浅水育苗与漂浮育苗对比试验 被引量:20

摘要 宁乡烟草公司在2007年进行了塑料托盘浅水育苗的试播,2008年进行试验性推广,综合试播和推广。塑料托盘浅水育苗技术基质通透性好、水肥持续供应、节省工本、主根受抑、侧根发达,一级侧根比漂浮育苗增加23.4条,差异显著(P=0.0155);地下部分鲜重比漂浮育苗重0.11 g,极显著差异(P=0.007 0)。苗期出苗快,成苗早,成苗时间比漂浮育苗提前7~8 d。成苗茎粗壮,茎高略高于漂浮苗,有利于移栽及烟苗早生快发。育苗节省材料费5%左右,节省用工10个左右。建议推广浅水育苗技术。 To discover the advantages and disadvantages between tobacco seedling nursing in shallow water (SW) and in floating system (FS), the field trials were conducted in 2007 and 2008 in Ningxiang County. The results showed that the advantages of SW were obviously and as follows: great permeability of matrices, continuous supply of water and fertilizer, cost-saving, inhibition of main root and development of lateral root. The first lateral roots in SW were 23.4 more than which in FS, and the difference was significant (P = 0.015 5); the fresh weight of underground parts of the tobacco seedlings in SW was 0.11 g more than which in FS and there was a extremely significant differences (P = 0.007 0). There were 7-8 days in advance of transplanting time of SW than FS, as the seedlings in SW was developing earlier and faster. The stem of seedling in SW was strong, and the height was higher than the seedling in FS. For these reasons, tobacco seedling nursing in SW was beneficial to transplant and developing earlier and faster after transplanting. It also could save about 5% costs of materials and 10 labors by nursing in SW. All in all, the tobacco SW seedling technology should be promoted.
