摘要 探讨应用高性能变性淀粉取代PVA上浆的配方、工艺及上浆效果。对20个不同纺织企业生产的纯棉品种及涤棉混纺品种应用高性能变性淀粉取代PVA上浆的配方、浆纱工艺、织造效果进行了汇总,并与用PVA上浆的配方进行了对比。指出:应用高性能变性淀粉取代PVA上浆,有利于提高浆纱好轴率、提高下机一等品率、降低用浆成本、提高印染质量。 Sizing instruction, processing and sizing effect of applying high performance modified starch replacing PVA were discussed. Sizing instruction, sizing processing and weaving effect by applying high performance modified starch replacing PVA of cotton product and polyester cotton blended product which were produced by different textile en- terprise were collected and contrasted with size instruction with PVA. It is pointed out that loom efficiency, first grade percentage before cloth repairing and dyeing quality could be improved, size material cost could be reduced by applying high performance modified starch to replace PVA.
