摘要
目的探讨肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)瘦素与胰岛素的关系并观察针灸对肥胖2型糖尿病患者机体"脂肪-胰岛"轴的影响。方法选取35例肥胖2型糖尿病患者,予针灸治疗3个疗程;检测治疗前后患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹瘦素(FLP)水平,计算胰岛素敏感指数(IAI)和Homa-IR指数。结果治疗前肥胖2型糖尿病患者存在显著的高血糖、高胰岛素血症、高瘦素血症,治疗后患者的FBS、FINS、FLP水平均明显下降。结论肥胖2型糖尿病患者存在"脂肪-胰岛"轴功能紊乱,针灸可以调节肥胖2型糖尿病机体紊乱的"脂肪-胰岛"轴功能。
Objective： To research the relationship between leptin and insulin and the effect of acupuncture on fatty-insulin axis in type 2 obese diabetes. Methods： 35 patients with type 2 obese diabetes were performed acupuncture for 3 courses. Levels of fasting blood plasma glucose（FPG）, fasting insulin（FINS） and fasting leptin （FLP） were measured to calculate IAI and Homa-IR index. Results： There exist hyperglycemia, hyperinsulinemia and hyperleptinemia in type 2 obese diabetes cases before acupuncture. Levels of FBS, FINS and FLP dropped obviously after acupuncture. Conclusion： There is dysfunction of fatty-insulin axis in type 2 obese diabetes. Acupuncture can regulate the function of fatty-insulin axis in type 2 obese diabetes.
