摘要
研究了β-环糊精与香兰素包合物的制备工艺,用红外光谱和热分析法对包合物进行了表征。通过正交试验对包合工艺进行了优化,得出最佳包合工艺条件是:β-环糊精与香兰素的摩尔比为1∶1,包合温度为50℃,包合时间为2 h。以柠檬酸为交联剂将包合物处理到织物上,优化的整理液配方是:柠檬酸80 g/L,包合物60 g/L,次亚磷酸钠40 g/L,在160℃焙烘3 min。
The inclusion methods of vanillin with β-cyclodextrin were studied. The inclusion complexes were characterized by F-FIR and DTA. The inclusion process was selected by orthogonal experiment. The optimum condition was established as the molar ratio of vanillin to β-cyclodextrin was 1 : 1, with the inclusion temperature at 50℃ for 2 hours. The inclusion complex was grafted onto cotton fiber by CA as a cross linking agent. The optimum conditions were CA 80 g/L, the inclusion complex 60 g/L, SHP 40 g/L, cured at 160℃ for 3 rain.
