摘要
针对吉林油田低孔、低渗的特点,开发了适合中等井温的新型无固相压裂液体系。通过室内实验,确定了适用于65℃井温的最佳配方;稠化剂KTU-43加量4.0 g/L,无水碳酸钠加量1.41 g/L,NaCl加量3.0 g/L,交联剂JLJ-1加量1.4g/L,破胶剂过硫酸铵加量0.75 g/L,活性助排剂加量0.2%。并对其进行了性能评价,结果表明,该压裂液体系具有较好的流变性、抗剪切性和携砂性,破胶后无残渣,易返排,可避免二次伤害。
A novel solid residue-free fracture fluid system suitable to middle well temperature was developed for the geological feature of low porosity and low permeability in Jilin Oilfield. By laboratory experiment, The optimum formula suitable to 65℃ was determined as follows: Thickener KTU --43 4.0 g/L, anhydrous sodium carbonate 1.41 g/L, NaCl 3.0 g/L, crosslinker JLJ-1 1.4 g/L, ammonium persulfate gel breaker 0.75 g/L, and active cleanup additive 0.2 g/L. The result of its performance evaluation showed that the fracture fluid system had good rheologieal property, sheafing resistance, and sand carrying ability. Non- residue remained after gel broken and the second reservoir damage was avoided.
