摘要
目的：评价口服左氧氟沙星治疗女性生殖道炎的疗效。方法：治疗１０４例女性生殖道炎症病人（年龄３７±ｓ１９ａ），其中阴道炎３７例，宫颈炎３９例，子宫内膜炎１５例，盆腔炎１３例。用左氧氟沙星２００ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｂｉｄ，病人与其配偶同服。疗程为７ｄ。结果：临床总有效率为８６．５％，其中阴道炎、宫颈炎、子宫内膜炎和盆腔炎有效率分别为９４％，７７％，９３％和８５％。不良反应发生率为１．９％。
ABSTRACT AIM: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of levofloxacin on female genital infections. METHODS: Women (104, age 37±s 19 a) with genital infections (vaginitis 37, cervicitis 39, endometritis 15, pelvic infection 13) took orally levofloxacin 200 mg bid for 7 d. Their spouses took levofloxacin simultaneously. RESULTS: The clinical effective rates were: total 86.5%, vaginitis 94%, cervicitis 77%, endometritis 93%, and adnexitis 85%. Adverse reaction was 1.9%. CONCLUTION: levofloxcin orally is effective in patients with female genital system infections.
