摘要
介绍了一种与电网紧密结合的气象信息预警系统。该系统在充分利用电力系统现有软硬件资源基础上,通过采集气象雷达、电力专用自动气象站以及地方气象台网的实时气象信息和预报信息,建立电网事故预警模型,实现对暴雨、台风、冰雪、大雾等及其可能对电网造成的灾害进行定时、定点、定量化的短时临近预报和全方位、多层次的预警,并实现对电网的风电出力进行预测。
The paper introduces the design of the meteorological forewarning system for power grid.The system is based on the existing hardware and software of the Power Co. and collects the real-time and forecast meteorological information from meteorological radar, power and region weather station etc.By establishing the mathematical modeling, it accomplishes quantificational forewarning function for power grid accident which caused by rainstorm, typhoon, hail and fog etc.It also has the function of wind power forecasting for the grid.
