摘要
以图书馆读者满意度为研究对象,在概念分析的基础上,从评价方法、系统观点和数学建模的角度归纳了图书馆读者满意度的三条基本计量规律:即图书馆读者满意度从来不是单独存在的;图书馆读者满意度可为时间测度的局域非减函数;图书馆读者满意度满足不严格条件下的最优化原理。
Taking library reader stisfaction as the research object, its three basic metrical rules are made an induction from evaluation methods, systems point of view and mathematical modeling on the basis of definition analyses. Firstly, library reader satisfaction does not exist independently. Secondly, library reader satisfaction can be locally non-decreasing function of time measure. And thirdly, optimization theory in non-strict condition is suitable for library reader satisfaction.
