摘要
基于文献的传统信息服务越来越不能满足高校的教学与科研对信息服务的要求,高校信息用户越来越倾向于基于知识的学科化信息服务。做好学科化信息服务,首先要正确认识高校图书馆所处的宏观信息环境;其次是深入分析具体图书馆所处的微观信息环境;再次要选择好重点服务内容;最后是构建高效的信息服务机制。
The information service based on literature more and more cannot satisfy the university teaching and the scientific research to the information service request. The university readers more and more favor subject information service based on knowledge, we can summarize the service process of the subject information service： First analyzing macroscopic and the microscopic information environment; second choosing the core service content; finally constructing highly effective information service mechanism.
