摘要
良好的师生关系对于教育教学活动、学生和教师的发展都有重要的意义。理想的师生关系包括良好的组织关系、良好的情感关系和良好的工作关系等。教师在良好师生关系的建立过程中起关键作用,应拥有丰富的智慧和灵活的手段,付出师爱。同时,在此过程中,学校也应创造和谐的校园环境,学生更要学会感恩。
Nice teacher-student relationship is of great significance to the educational activities, the development of both students and teachers. The ideal relationship between teachers and students in- cludes nice relationships of organization, emotions and work. Teachers must act the key part in building the good relationship between teachers and students, Teachers should possess abundant wisdom and flexible means and devote their love. Meanwhile, the harmonious school atmosphere is necessary to be created, and students also should learn to have gratitude for teachers.
