摘要
在流程企业中建立有效的产品质量追溯方法,应深入分析企业在物料管理、生产过程控制等方面的特点,找出由此带来的实现质量追溯的难点,进而采取有针对性的解决措施。在此基础上,研究在流程企业中实现产品质量追溯应该关注的各产品质量信息的具体内容和信息的建模方法,利用信息技术开发产品质量追溯信息系统。系统的应用可以提高流程企业的产品质量管理水品。在轮胎橡胶企业密炼车间的成功应用,验证了这一方法的可行性。
Process industry has its characteristic in material management and production controlling which determines it also has its features in product traceability .In order to get a good traceable effect,it is necessary to further research the production pracedure of process enterprises and find out the tracing difficulties and adopt some pertinent methods. A product tracing system which developed on the premise of collecting comprehensive quality information and developing information model can improve the quality management level of enterprises. The validity of the method is verified by the successful application rubber industry.
