摘要
伴管发酵罐作为医药行业生产用的大型专用设备,近年来随着医药行业大型技术改造项目的发展,其应用越来越多。如何尽快生产出优质高效长寿的产品,是摆在科技工作者及施工单位面前的重要课题。经过多次制造安装工艺实践,总结研究出一套可行的先进施工工艺,对同类或相近结构的设备施工具有一定参考、借鉴与指导作用。
Fermentors with companion pipes ,as a special large-scaled equipment in the industry of medicament,has been used more and more with the increasing number of development projects for largescaled technical equipments. A vital issue of how to produce medicament equipments of high quality and efficiency as soon as possible has been placed before science and technology professionals and construction units. After repeated practice of manufacture and installation, a set of advanced and feasible technology methods has been summarized and put forward, which has the value of reference and direction for other equipments with similar structures.
