摘要 介绍了一种基于高级图像编程语言(LabVIEW)的发光二极管(LED)的发光光谱及色度参数的检测。介绍了对LED光源光谱及色度检测的原理及测试方法,详细说明了怎样基于LabVIEW在此检测系统应用中软件功能的实现,并附上相关的实验结果加以说明。结果证明所提出的快速测试LED发光光谱及色度参数的方法的可行性和优越性。 The study on luminescence spectrum and chroma parameter of light emitting diode (LED) based on the high-level image programme language (LabVIEW) was described in this disquisition. The measure principle and method on spectrum and chroma parameter of LED lamp-house were described simply, and elaborated on how to realize the function based on LabVIEW in this measuring system with emphasis, also attached interrelated experimental results for demonstrated farther. The results show the feasibility and superiority that the quick measurement discussed on luminescence spectrum and chroma parameter of LED.
