摘要
以琼脂、碱性脂肪酶、橄榄油、中性红为主要原料,研制了一种时间温度指示器。通过正交试验,确定了底物缓冲液比例、琼脂用量、琼脂板厚度、打孔直径和酶液浓度各工艺参数对TTI变色效应的影响程度。
A time-temperature indicator was developed with agar, alkaline lipase, olive oil, and neutral red as main raw materials. The effect of the proportion of substrate and buffer, the amount of agar, agar plate thickness, hole diameter, the concentration of the enzyme on the color change of TTI was determined through orthogonal experiment.
