摘要
公民参与行政监察,对于保证公民切实享有并行使知情权、参与权、监督权,提高行政监察效能,建设清廉、高效、法治政府具有重要意义。依靠群众开展行政监察工作是我国行政监察制度的基本原则,但还存在不少尚待解决的问题。文章分析了我国公民参与行政监察存在的主要问题,提出了改善和提高公民参与的对策建议。
The participation of citizens in administrative supervision is of great significance to ensure the citizens＇ effective enjoyment and exercising the right to know, to participate in, to supervise and improve the effectiveness of administrative supervision. This is also important to construct a clean and efficient government. But we still face many problems in carrying out the administrative supervision relying on the masses. This paper analyzes these problems and proposes some countermeasures.
