摘要
扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱仪(EDS)是广泛应用于材料科学的精贵仪器,本文通过对两门不同的实验课进行比较性教学,初步探索出扫描电镜及能谱仪在本科实验教学中的可行性,结果表明,效果比较理想。
Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) are precise and expensive instru- ments which are widely used in scientific research. The article presents the comparative teaching approach of two different kinds and reveals their feasibility in undergraduate teaching. It has been shown that the new approaches have achieved the desirable re- suits.
