摘要
目的探寻全自动生化分析仪试剂间交叉污染和清除污染的实验方法。方法设计全自动生化分析仪交叉污染及清除污染的实验方案。初筛测试,受污染项目结果误差≥±5%为疑似污染;再进行确认试验,其结果误差仍≥±5%即确认污染。分别采用纯水,碱性和酸性清洗液清洗,以消除交叉污染。结果通过检测实验能及时发现交叉污染的情况,然后进行有针对性的清洗,可防止污染的再次发生。结论该方法能够系统、快捷、有效的找到施污染项目对受污染项目检测结果的影响。采用合适的清洗方法,能够提高全自动生化分析仪的准确性。
Objective To explore the method for reducing cross contamination of automatic biochemistry analyzer. Methods An experimental protocol has been developed for decreasing carry - over reagents. A preliminary screening was performed. If the difference is more than 5%, it was demonstrated that it possibly existed carry - over reagents and a confirmatory test was required to carry out. Cross contamination can be removed by using purified water, alkaline or acidic detergent. Results Cross contamination could be discovered and an optimal washing method was used. Conclusion This practice facilitates finding carry - over reagents and an appropriate washing method can greatly improve the accuracy of measurement of automatic biochemistry analyzer.
