介绍了洁净厂房的概念、分类、工作原理及送风方式,对洁净室施工的三个阶段进行了分析说明,并阐述了洁净室具体施工要点和施工质量控制要点,从而完善洁净厂房的施工工艺,为同类工程积累经验。
The concept, classification, working principle and blowing form of clean plant were introduced, three section of clean plant construction were analyzed, the specific construction points and construction quality control points of clean plant were illustrated, so as to complete clean plant construction process, which accumulated experiences for similar engineering.
