摘要
[目的]研究草甘膦对土壤环境质量的影响。[方法]从未用过草甘膦的蔬菜地采集2~20 cm土层的土壤,风干后过30目筛,培养7 d后向土样中添加草甘膦,使其浓度分别为0.04、0.40、0.80、4.00 mg/kg,培养后不同时间取样,测土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性和土壤释放的CO2量。[结果]施药1 d后,0.04、0.40、4.00mg/kg草甘膦对土壤脲酶活性的抑制率分别为26.1%、22.4%、20.5%,4.00mg/kg草甘膦对土壤过氧化氢酶活性的抑制率为42.7%,其他处理对土壤过氧化氢酶活性均具有激活效应 草甘膦对土壤呼吸强度具有抑制作用,且浓度越大对土壤呼吸强度的抑制作用越强。[结论]试验结束时,草甘膦对土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性和土壤呼吸强度的影响消失。
[ Objective ] The aim was to study the effects of glyphosate on soil environmental quality. [ Method ] Soil in 2 - 20 cm layer of vegetable field without glyphosate pollution was collected. Alter dried, the samples were leached with 30 mesh sieve. The samples were cultured for 7 d, and then the glyphosate was added into soil, the concn, of glyphosate in soil samples were 0.04, 0.40, 0.80, 4.00 mg/kg resp. Soil samples were selected in diflerent culture time to determine the activities of urease and catalase and the CO2 content from soil respiratory. [ Result ] After 1 d of glyphosate application, the inhibition rates of 0.04, 0.40, 0.80, 4.00 mg/kg glyphosate on soil urease activity were 26.1%, 22.4%, 20.5% resp. The inhibition rate of 4.00 mg/kg glyphosate on soil catalase activity was 42.7% , other treatments all had activation etfeet on soil catalase actMty. Glyphosate had inhibition on respiratory intensity of soil, and the higher the glyphosate conen, was the stronger its inhibition on respirator, intensity of soil was. [ Conclusion ] At the end of the test, the effects of glyphosate on activities of urease and catalase and respiratory intensity of soil disappeared.
