摘要
对保定市的年降水与年径流特性进行了阐述,分析了两者的时空变化规律,为今后做好保定市水资源管理及地表水开发利用提供了科学依据。
The article explains the characteristics of annual precipitation and annual runoff in Baoding, and analyzes the law of their temporal and spatial variation,which provides a scientific basis for water re sources management and surface water development in Baoding.
