摘要
目的研究天麻丸改胶囊剂的工艺。方法采用正交实验,通过天麻素的提取及淀粉的加入量来设计实验及胶囊处方。结果证明乙醇的用量对天麻素的含量影响最大,最佳条件是70%乙醇400mL,加热时间2h,煮3次。胶囊处方设计是以淀粉的加入量为主要因素,由崩解时间可以得出最佳方案为A1B3C1。结论通过正交实验设计的天麻胶囊剂型的工艺是可行的,符合国家2000年版药典规定的质量标准。
Objective To study the transformation process from pure Gastrodia pill to Capsule. Method Gastrodia Capsule prescription was designed by means of orthogonal test through extraction of Gastrodin and addition of amylum. Results The quantity of alcohol had great impact on the amount of gastrodin. The optimal condition is： 70% alcohol （400mL） is heated for two hours and boiled three times. The main factor of designation of Capsule prescription is the quantity of amylum. We can get the best prescription A1B3C1 from the time when capsule Collapses. Conclusion The transformation process of gastrodia capsule that is based on the method of orthogonal test is feasible. The prescription accords with the quality standard prescribed by the medical dictionary of 2000 version.
